Michael has extensive experience in various matters. He qualified as a chartered certified accountant 15 years ago and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (F.C.C.A.).
He works closely with charity and not-for-profit clients, performing audits and independent examinations of charity accounts, auditing supporting registered social landlords, and offering technical advice to not-for-profit clients based on his knowledge of the relevant SORP.
Michael’s client portfolio is diverse, ranging from sole traders to large corporate clients in sectors such as retail, construction, and manufacturing. His services span from individual tax returns to complex accounts, audits, and due diligence for group acquisitions.
He also provides grant audits for clients to support claims made under funding from organisations such as Innovate U.K. and the Welsh Government.
