Key Responsibilities

  • Always represent the firm with the highest levels of customer care, integrity, and professionalism
  •  Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer incoming calls when required and redirect or take messages
  • Carry out filing, photocopying, scanning, binding, and faxing as and when required
  • Generate letters/fee notes
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Processing credit/debit card payments and transactions
  • To continually review existing processes/procedures for continuous improvement
  • Check, sort, and forward emails and respond where necessary
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, office supplies, etc.)
  • Provide other administrative support and duties as and when required
  • Company Secretarial Services
  • Setting up clients, including money laundering procedures
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for statistical reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe.
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems.
  • Well-organised, accurate, detail-oriented and proactive.
  • A professional attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of client information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with office equipment
  • Knowledge of office management business support duties
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
