Competitive Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary: £23,810 for graduates. For candidates without a relevant degree, you may be required to study AAT Level 3 first at a salary of £14,722.50+ for the first 12months.
- AAT candidates will be paid an apprenticeship rate of £14,722.50 for the first 12 months and then move to the NMW for their age.

Who We’re Looking For
- Graduates with a strong academic background (all disciplines considered)
- School or college leavers aiming to start the AAT route
- Motivated, curious, and ready to learn
- Strong numeracy, communication, and IT skills (Excel especially!)
- We are looking for the best – you will need excellent grades at GCSE, AS and A level and graduates will need a 2:1 degree.
